ANGLISS YOUTH LEARNING

Pathway Programs offer young people, aged 15-19, the opportunity to participate in a number of programs that are aimed at acquiring skills in the area of hospitality operations. Programs have an industry focus and provide pathways into further training or employment. The delivery of training utilises an integrated model where many training units are delivered together with applied learning practices this minimises the amount of theory classes undertaken by students.

VET in the VCE

THH21802 Certificate II in Hospitality (Operations)

The program has been designed to cater for a broad range of students including a full class or individuals located throughout Victoria. Primarily delivery of the theoretical components is online via the TAFE Virtual Campus (approximately 130 hrs) with practical delivery (55 hours) coordinated in blocks during semester breaks.

Many program delivery options are available. Selection is dependent on a school’s needs, preferences and their individual’s ability to participate. At all times the relationship is between the school and the Institute. Individual students must apply through their schools to access placements.
